Cardamom Essential Oil Uses & Benefits

Home / Wellness / Cardamom Essential Oil Uses & Benefits

Cardamom Essential Oil is a new one in our stash that I haven’t used very much yet. It’s in the Respiratory Blend which is used daily to help clear Casey’s breathing at night. If you like Chai Tea, Cardamom is an essential spice in the mix. You can also use other essential oils such as Cinnamon, Clove, Ginger and Black Pepper to create your Chai Mix.

One of my favorite uses for Cardamom is the emotional use. It helps deal with issues of anger and frustration that often stem from a need to control. I think I need to mix this and Basil Essential Oil into an emotional rollerball for me.
