In August of 2014 I was searching for support in my dieting endeavor.  I ran across Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle Health System book while browsing a friend’s bookshelf.

After browsing through the book I figured I would try it, especially since Shana already had it in stock for her homemade natural hair conditioner.

Apple Cider Vinegar is an acquired taste and can be tough on the throat so it is best to dilute it with water.  I enjoy one tablespoon of ACV with 12 to 16 ounces of water and two to three drops of Lemon essential oil. I think it tastes pretty good!  Another option is to add a teaspoon of honey and a toothpick swirl of Cinnamon Essential Oil.

You want to make sure to get Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother that is unfiltered. Bragg’s is the most popular and recommended brand and is found at most grocery stores.
