It’s not often that I will comment about a woman’s eye lashes.  In fact, its only happened once.  I told Shana that one of our friends must be wearing fake eye lashes because they were so long.  It turns out they aren’t fake.  She put one drop each of lavender and rosemary essential oils in her mascara.  Hence the reason for the extra long lashes.

Practical uses for Rosemary essential oil:

  • An aid to relax the mind and body
  • Apply to scalp and massage for an abundant looking head of hair.
  • Supports healthy respiratory function.
  • Helps reduce nervous tension and occasional fatigue.
  • Take internally to support healthy internal organ function.
  • Add one to two drops of Rosemary essential oil to meats and favorite entrees.
  • Blend with Wintergreen and dōTERRA lotion for a soothing massage experience.
  • Blends with Melalueca and Basil for a stimulating scalp massage.
  • Diffuse while studying to maintain concentration.
  • Combine with Epsom salts and Frankincense for a rejuvenating bath experience.

Emotionally, Rosemary essential oil is The Oil of Knowledge & Transition. Rosemary challenges individuals to look deeper than they normally would and ask more soul-searching questions so that they may receive more inspired answers.
